About the role



The Manager BPM will be managing a small team of analysts to collect, analyze and report on data internal to the Procurement department as well as conduct market research in support of sourcing projects led by the Procurement category teams. This role is key to managing the department goals and will provide key support into the Project management office (PMO) and to the VP procurement. The role includes key systems and tools development and management, procurement operations support, spend analytics, market events, and project planning and tracking. The position has global responsibilities across all Booking Holdings brands and reports to the Global Procurement Lead within Booking Holdings Inc.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Deliver spend analytics, develop market insights, support sourcing events (RFP’s and related insights development) all to help drive an efficient sourcing process.

  • Deliver the reporting to support the PMO, including saving tracking and reporting, senior level communications. Work with the procurement team to that effect.

  • Provide necessary training on process and tools to the teams.

  • Develop and maintain central procurement intranet site which drives communications and information across the organization.

  • Develop the iValua tool to deploy key vendor management features including supplier portal. Manage and improve the reporting tools (iValua, analytics and project management).

  • Support the ideation and implementation of global sourcing strategies with research and insights leading to opportunity development.

  • Deliver reports and insights to business simplification especially around vendor reduction and consolidation. Implement and drive process consistency and cross-business collaboration, sourcing strategies that result in vendor consolidation and drive increased catalog adherence.

  • Develop the Supplier diversity tools and analytics process to support the program development.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and leadership updates for VP procurement

What skills do you need:


  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in consulting, analytics development, or business process improvement.

  • Minimum of 2 years of managing global projects

  • Experience with data analytics tools and project management tools (iValua, Ariba, Coupa)in a global company.

  • Project management experience including preparation of PowerPoint documents.

  • Experience in working with Finance, Procurement and the business owners to estimate, validate and report savings.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and manage conflicting objectives to deliver value creation

  • Fluent English language written & spoken.

  • Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Experience with Source-to-Pay tools (e.g., iValua, SAP Ariba) and other procurement tools is highly desirable.
