Our GMIS application is aiming to provide a various range of reports to different stakeholders within Wealth Management Domain

Your profile

You need to be an excellent tester, communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience in testing software. You must be willing to work on maintaining one of our current reporting applications and to develop a new application

We are looking for motivated candidates that show us:

  • Excellent communication and English skills
  • Can work under pressure and be delivery focused and pragmatic
  • Excellent team work with collaborative, innovative and intelligent problem solving
  • A minimum of 3 years testing experience within Oracle database projects;
  • A minimum of 3 years testing experience with one of the BI reporting tools;
  • Analyze requirements, write test cases and create test data
  • Conduct testing activities, analyze and record test results
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, document and communicate results
  • Retest corrections to ensure defects are resolved
  • Collate and report on metric data
  • Ensure that testing activities are being conducted in accordance to the testing strategy an plan
  • Drive adherence to testing best practices and DB testing standards
  • Define requirements for test environments
  • Contribute to test effort estimation
  • Ensure that test risks and issues are escalated as appropriate
  • Coordinate with all team members, including 3rd party suppliers

Technically, we are looking for excellent experience in:

  • Experience with ETL Informatica, Oracle database, BI solutions
  • Excellent skills in test planning, designing, and test strategy/case/script creation and execution
  • Demonstrates experience in executing complex testing tasks, understands the business process design
  • Knowledge of white/black box level testing, system and performance testing of applications using industry standard practices and tools; Experience with integration & regressions testing
  • Understands the overall SDLC and applies that understanding in execution of tasks
  • Customer and service oriented to support interaction with team resources and clients, actively engages stakeholders to build an understanding of the requirements
  • Performance and productivity oriented to drive toward quality testing outcomes and results, seeks to build competency in use of change tools and techniques
  • Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people
  • Experience of building technical testing solutions adhering to frameworks and standards
  • Experience of planning and executing testing across projects, able to suggest a plan of action even if unable to gain total picture of the problem
  • Experience of test tools (HP ALM) and defect/task management (JIRA);

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in performance tuning
  • Experience in Finance industry
  • Financial Services Domain knowledge
  • Experience in working in and with distributed vendor model
  • Database experience and advanced SQL skills
  • UAT support or coordination activities
