What you’ll achieve

As a Junior Fraud & Risk Management with Portuguese, you will be responsible for you will be responsible for Verifying Customer transactions through investigations on details provided at the time of purchase and hence avoid any loss in revenue to Dell.

Essential Requirements


  • Fluency in Portuguese and English language both written & verbal

  • Good analytical skills combined with good communication

  • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects

  • Willing to interact with customers over incoming/out going calls and emails.

  • Ready to work in Shifts to service our customers in Brazil region
