Your expertise as a Business Systems Analyst will be instrumental in providing efficient and effective support to our operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Also, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or in person, and call out sophisticated issues to the appropriate team members as needed.

  • To assist in the coordination and execution of operational tasks, such as inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.

  • To supervise operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • To collaborate with multi-functional teams, including sales, finance, and production, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of operational activities.

  • To maintain Oracle application, primarily focusing on all Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules.

  • To collaborate with other business analysts and support teams to capture and analyze requirements for Oracle application enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
  • To provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes and enhancements as required.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or engineering with experience in Business Administration/ Analysis is required.

  • Minimum of three years of experience in crafting reports and business analysis.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Good Communication & Presentation skills.

  • Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Good Financial knowledge is a plus.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

  • Good understanding and knowledge of the Oracle business system is a plus.

  • Understanding of BI and SQL databases.
  • Customer orientation and creativity is an asset for this position.
