Job Description (Posting).

The purpose of this role is to anchor and lead the implementation of technology solutions in consultation with service excellence team; design and implement the compliance framework and monitor adherence to it; coordinate with relevant internal or external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery in compliance with local regulatory and legal framework. (1.) - Provide business requirement documents for automation or enhancement of the HR processores to cater to the need of the COE in line with the industry best practices and timely implementation<orbr>

  • Lead pilot and testing efforts of the rollout including preparation of training material, FAQs or customer queries on a new process in collaboration with service excellence team<orbr>

  • Coordinate with the technology vendor for new services and existing support maintenance including areas of improvement, issues around turnaround time, best practices deployment, budget management, contract renewal, product support, changes to service agreement, invoice clearance and application accessibly etc.<orbr>

- Prepare a plan for immigration technology budget and track utilisation against the same<orbr> (2.) - Engage with LoBs to understand business requirements for the region or geography<orbr>

  • Design the immigration compliance framework for the concerned geography<orbr>

  • Implement the compliance framework in the concerned geography in liaison with the LoB HR and Geo HR<orbr>

  • Provide information to LoBs on compliance aspects to assist the business in effective planning for deployment of employees by being compliant with the immigration regulations<orbr>

- Track immigration regulatory changes and provide inputs or suggestions to the supervisor for effective implementation of the regulatory changes in respective geographies or regions<orbr> (3.) - Monitor adherence to the published compliance framework in the concerned geography, when filing the work permits or visas, during the employees transfers, valid authorization for stay in the concerned geography or region or country<orbr>

  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to all compliance aspects<orbr>

- Analyse and publish reports on the findings; Discuss with the concerned stakeholders and follow up on the closure of non compliances in respective geographies or regions<orbr> (4.) - Follow up with employees and other relevant stakeholders (LoB HR, Geo HR, internal team, etc.) for completion of documentation, visa application preparation, etc.<orbr>

  • Interact or coordinate with vendors or consulates or embassy for visa submission<orbr>

  • Coordinate with relevant internal or external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the work permits or visas as per the business requirement<orbr>

  • Adhere to compliance requirements while enabling deployment of employees onsite as well as during their stay onsite (e.g. all employees in the region or country hold valid authorization at all times when working onsite, etc.)<orbr>

  • Provide technology related requirements to the stakeholders for implementation of the required processes<orbr>

  • Implement revised processes or policies or guidelines as per regulatory changes<orbr>

- Resolve escalated issues regarding service delivery<orbr> (5.) - Prepare or revise or update process documents for employees and SOPs for the department and maintain the same for easy retrieval or access<orbr>

  • Prepare reports on the service and compliance performance of the country or region and share with supervisor for review and further circulation<orbr>
