HR Data Business Partner / HR Data Analyst (Determined contract)

Client Description:

Adecco Permanent Placement is currently seeking an HR Data Business Partner / HR Data Analyst for one of its clients, a multinational automotive company.


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analysis frameworks for various HR processes, including Recruitment, Turnover, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Diversity, Headcount, and FTE.

  • Extract HR data from Workday, apply data formatting, perform data analysis, and create visualizations using Excel.

  • Utilize data visualization techniques to present meaningful insights and trends regarding HR activities and processes.

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide accurate and timely reports.

  • Conduct regular quality checks using reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Notify Local Data Stewards of any discrepancies or data issues and monitor the resolution process.

  • Maintain and update the Data Governance procedure to ensure compliance with data integrity standards.

  • Collaborate closely with the Risk and Finance departments to monitor and calculate Key Risk Indicators, as well as address reporting topics such as FTE, Headcount, and salary increases.

  • Provide training sessions to HR colleagues on utilizing Workday's reporting tools effectively.

Develop training materials and resources to enhance HR colleagues' understanding of reporting processes, metrics, and KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR (HR reporting or analytics will be a plus).

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data extraction, formatting, formula application, and data visualization.

  • Proficient in creating visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint to communicate data insights effectively.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, metrics, KPIs, and terminology.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues across the organization.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand business goals and align reporting efforts accordingly.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
