A day in the life of an Associate
As part of the In Country Tax and Treasury Center (ICTC) Central & South Cluster in this role you will perform all activities related to corporate treasury operation cross segment for all business units in Italy, Greece, Israel, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia. You will assist the Treasury Manager for all ICTC treasury operations and ensure that business units meet their treasury obligations and objectives, execute short-term cash management activities and solve issues related to treasury processes. Implements digital initiatives to improve and harmonize treasury processes

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Assists Treasury Manager in managing relationships with the local branches of Strategic/Preferred banks

• Coordinates the process of banking tools access approval




• Acts as MeBAM and MeFAM administrator for all entities




• Works with business units for correct execution of the Global In-House Bank (GIHB) processes. This includes cash pooling, payment factory, intercompany netting, supplier financing and any other GIHB functions.




• Submits high-quality cash forecasts within the agreed timelines. Drives the cash forecast accuracy improvement of all units in-country




• Assists Treasury Manager in all activities related to liquidity management

• Assists Treasury Manager in all activities related to Internal financing




• Assists Treasury Manager in all activities related to Credit Facilities process




• Assists Treasury Manager in all activities related to Currency Exposure




• Assists Tax Manager in all activities related to Cash Repatriation




• Performs timely and accurate reporting of various Treasury Reports. Communicates and solve issues related to treasury reporting.

• Performs activities for efficiency improvements for Treasury reporting processes and systems.

Other:

This is a permanent role starting not later than October, reporting to Treasury Manager ICTC Central & South Cluster.

You are/have:

• University degree with additional professional finance/tax/banking qualification.




• Min 3 years of experience in banking.

• Prior experience with a Big 4 or banking or specific functional experience in FMGC is a plus.




• Fluent in English
