[HR Process Project Manager]





For our Global HR Organization, we are looking for a
HR Process Project Manager (f/m/d), to have an active role in redefining and streamlining the HR processes, according to the agreed roadmap, from being involved in the strategy development, to change management, to process improvement and beyond. You will work together with the Group HR Manager Digital Transformation, Head of HR Romania and other key stakeholders in defining future HR Admin & Payroll structure







Key responsibilities



  • HR Process Management

    • Implementation and execution of HR process management governance globally

    • Maintenance of an always updated HR service portfolio and HR process register.

    • Ensuring process design templates and process mappings are available and up to date.

    • Understanding the as-is status, identifying value adding and non-value adding activities within HR processes and identifying improvement opportunities to increase quality and speed of execution (initial focus: HR Operation processes).

    • Designing & mapping simplified and harmonized HR processes taking standards (Lean Six Sigma), compliance, feasibility, efficiency, and customer experience into account (initial focus: HR Operations processes).

    • Identifying opportunities for digitalization & automation.

    • Preparing, moderating, and guiding process design and mapping workshops

    • Work closely with process owners, the HR system experts, the HR business service center, and other relevant stakeholders to design HR processes across locations and countries.

    • Coaching and advising process owners and the HR business service center on process design, lean principles, and the value of simplification and automatization

    • Evaluating process change requests for global process & template customizations in collaboration with HR process owners and HR system experts.

    • Ensuring ongoing updates to operational processes and system documentation





  • HR Project Management

    • Management of HR transformation projects, including coordination, planning, change management and communication. Ensuring on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs/resources.

    • Securing required resources and using formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, decisions, and changes.

    • Manage the change management process to drive faster adaption within the local HR organizations.

    • Ensure an appropriate stakeholder communication, set up and maintain a communication plan for all initiatives.





You bring these skills, experience & education



  • Strong expertise in HR Process Management (3 - 5 years) paired with advanced functional HR knowledge and best practices - Ideally with experience in HR operations / HR service delivery in a global matrix environment.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in applying lean principles in HR (belt certifications welcome) and in process simplification & harmonization across sites and countries.

  • Knowledge of & experience in process mapping methodologies and tools (e.g. ViFlow or others)

  • Excellent in stakeholder management & change management skills with strong communication and influencing skills to gain credibility with a range of stakeholders (all levels).

  • Strong analytical and business analysis skills; detail-oriented and able to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.

  • Proven problem-solving skills, target-orientation, and ability to work independently.

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset

  • Experience leading and managing HR projects and process improvement initiatives across sites, countries, or regions.

  • Fluency in English; other European languages (e.g. German) are a plus
