A- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
A- Good knowledge of labor legislation
A- Time-management skills
A- Ability to handle confidential information
A- 1-2 years experience in HR (Admin/ Recruitment/ Payroll)
A- Experience with Excel
A- English language (written and spoken) - level B1/B2
A- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
A- Calculate bonuses and allowances
A- Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
A- Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
A- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
A- Report on payroll expenses
A- Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
A- Enter new employees' data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
