The Indirect tax unit is responsible for indirect tax compliance, driving automation within the area of indirect tax and improving indirect tax master data to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency in Ericsson indirect tax processes.
Indirect Tax Compliance & Technology Unit Manager is responsible for driving and participating in collaboration between the Indirect Tax Units and with Group Taxes for the purpose of standardizing and improving the area of indirect tax. Indirect tax Compliance & Technology Unit Manager is also responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies to ensure collaboration between members of the Indirect Tax Units and other finance stakeholders (Tax Management Units, company control etc).
Indirect Tax Compliance & Technology Unit Manager is responsible to formulate, drive and implement strategies to increase quality of our tax master data and to ensure indirect tax process improvements and automation.

Lead and manage Indirect Tax unit
Secure delivery of core activities of Indirect Tax unit
Execute global strategy on Indirect Tax matters
Lead the team to innovate and drive automation and process efficiency
Coordinate and collaborate between Indirect Tax unit and key stakeholders
Develop and drive competence development

Experience & Education
Management experience
Academic degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Tax law, data analytics and/or the equivalent experience.
Appropriate relevant industry experience in data analytics, automation, ERP system set up, solution set up and design and software development.
Knowledge and experience in Indirect tax compliance
Knowledgeable and understanding of financial systems
Knowledgeable and understanding of data analytics and tools
