• Invoice processing (in SAP FI) including down payments and final invoices


• Invoice verification including the validity of guarantees and exemption certificates


• Plausibility check of invoice items / account assignments and allocation to property, plant and equipment


• Execution of monthly and annual financial statements according to local and international accounting


• Review and posting of creditor transactions as well as management and posting of the company's fixed assets


• Ongoing posting of G/L account transactions as well as control tasks in the accounting of bank accounts

Qualifications

QualificationsQualifications

• Training according to the German qualification as an accountant /Tax Clerk


• Secure knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS), knowledge of German commercial law (HGB) is an advantage


• 2-3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting in an international company


• Experience in dealing with invoices for construction work is an advantage


• Knowledge of SAP FI (SAP FI-AA is an advantage)


• Safe handling of MS Office


• Very good German language skills


• Strong team and communication skills
