Junior Brand Manager
Reporting to the OHC category Brand Manager, the Junior Brand Manager supports the implementation of winning marketing strategies for OHC brands, ensuring sales value & profit growth, and growing market share.
Your role will include:
Supporting the execution of the yearly brand activity plan in line with area strategies in order to deliver brand targets.
Closely monitoring market and competition performance, preparing market analysis with the support of the brand manager.
Tracking closely the brand advertising & promotion budget and ensuring spending is fully under control.
Owning the “super user” knowledge of IQVIA and Nielsen database. Updating market data reports on a regular basis.
Supporting the Brand Manager in the monthly processes, by updating data and inputs for consumption forecast.
Owning and leading local Artwork and Stickering approval process for the brand.
Leading the local adaptation of creative assets.
Supporting the full activation of new product launches.
Leading internal cross-department approvals for all brand assets, Artworks, claims ( language high competence required)
Working closely with customer marketing team, supporting them with brand related inputs.
Briefing, managing, and providing feedbacks to agencies in order to achieve brand goals.

Qualifications & Skills
Min Bachelor’s degree, ideally Master Studies (marketing, economics, management).
Fluent and Romanian language skills.
1-2 years’ experience in Marketing/Brand Management.
Very good communication / presentation skills.
Goal orientation and action driven behavior.
Problem solving skills.
Analytical and project management skills.
Ability to build partnerships and to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Strong ownership.
