Responsibilities

Responsible for setting direction & implementing a strong financial strategy for a long-term profitable growth of the local business in all PBU's.

Manage the entire country portfolio of accounts/business from finance perspective and help drive strategic decisions related to the most complex risk assessment decisions.

Lead the development & maintenance of 18 months rolling forecast, with budget and 5-year business plan of the company in close coordination with all departments (both Mgmt. &Legal where applicable)

Maintain a high level internal control environment (SOX)

Legal signatory responsibilities for the legal entities.

Key Skills

Minimum 7 years of progressively more responsible cross functional experience in various financial roles, including both corporate and operational finance

Strong knowledge of accounting rules (local, US GAAP and IFRS), and proven understanding of Financials statements ((P&Ls, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)

Experienced in Finance business partnering and a demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing operations

Ability to lead teams through processes and projects improvements - focused on getting groups “on board” with new processes and techniques

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field. Recognized accounting qualification, i.e. ACCA, CIMA, ACA.-nice to have)
