DARE Academy is the trade academy specifically designed to attract, identify, recruit, train, coach high level commercial profiles, ready to become Veo’s and NOZ’s international traders in clearance




We are looking for a talented Growth and Marketing Manager to take the lead with our growth marketing and strategies. Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives




As a Growth and Marketing Manager you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Marketing Department;


• Strategize, develop, and manage special projects across our teams ( communications, recruitment, training and coaching);


• Participate in the development of new strategic initiatives and oversee/support implementation;


• Identify and foster funding and partnership opportunities and develop proposals;


• Lead program-specific market research to ensure the needs;


• Collaborate on improving processes, policies, innovation, and technology in support of organizational goals;


• Be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and communicator who is focused on building meaningful and impactful user experiences;


• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.

Knowledge, and Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience on a similar role and +3 year experience in managing teams;


• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward;


• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns;


• Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability;


• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management System;


• Proficient with Analytics.
