Job Purpose:

• Reporting directly to GBS AR Team Lead, the position has the primary responsibility to


• ensure high standard and compliance for all activities performed and accuracy of the data


• reported to EMEA assigned countries.


• Prepares and analyzes collection trends for developing targeted strategies for influencing


• customer payment behavior

Main Responsibilities

Technical expertise & Support

• Effectively communicating with key contacts and coordinate work activities to achieve the


• target expected to meet operational requirements and resolve or escalate any process or


• technical issues


• Build expert knowledge of the involved systems and processes


• Coordinate team during day to day and closing period. Provide technical support to


• multiple countries.


• Provide cover for other team members to support vacation or sickness


• Prepare reports, as per the monthly calendar or as per management/Local teams request


• Provide support and training for future transitions


• Manage independently some of the team operational queries or issues resolutions


• Escalate complex issues faced and track the resolution process accordingly


• Perform and coordinate regression testing quarterly for team


• Support in technical development of the team

SLA&KPI

• Follow and maintain up to date Standard Operating Procedures and other process


• documents. Raise a need for any changes to the attention of the Team Lead


• Investigates the discrepancies and possible issues, analyses and distributes the solution in


• accordance with the request and the standard operation procedures


• Deliver Shared Services Objectives based on the principles of superior customer service


• and best practice


• Supports SLA & KPIs delivery and constantly works on improvement


• Successfully achieves KPIs to the assigned countries


• Run reports and extract data for the SLAs measurements


• Actively participates and performs activities needed to ensure compliance with Standard


• Operating Procedures and agreed Policy and Terms.

Audit

• Support internal and external audits, coordinate audit replies and documentation,


• whenever it's required


• Ensures relevant business process controls and processes are documented and tested in


• compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and that no un-remediated control gaps exist.

CI & RPA

• Identifies areas of potential process improvement, develops, and enforces appropriate


• policies, procedures, and internal controls.


• Is directly involved in CI projects of the designated team having as responsibility to offer


• his expertise to one process to identify together with the other members potential ideas to


• be implemented

Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy


• Minimum 1-year AR experience in Goodyear


• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an AR Credit Officer in business-to-business collections


• environment


• SAP AR experience


• No major escalations in the last 6 months


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills


• Experience in working with SAP and Excel


• Continuous improvement mindset


• Fluent in English and French, other foreign language is a plus


• Good communication both written and spoken
