Document Management Officer (limited: 2 years)

Responsibilities:


1. Registration of correspondence for internal / external clients:

• registration of documents at company level, scanning and uploading them in dedicated electronic applications


• manage databases with records of entries and outputs of all documents received and sent by mail/ correspondence, handed manually or by external couriers


• daily preparation of records regarding correspondence records at company level according to the internal procedures and legal norms in force


• preparation of minutes of handing over documents to service providers (wrapping, packing etc.)


• registration of letters for customers in order to send them by mail / courier

2. Archiving

• receiving, registering and sorting documents from internal customers


• physical archiving of documents for delivery to the storage company


• being responsible for archiving records of entries/ outputs, according to the legal norms in force

Requirements:

• student or graduate


• medium-advanced level of English (written and spoken)


• diploma for archival activity management – is an advantage

Competencies:

• planning and organization skills


• customer orientation, as well as communication skills (writing and speaking)


• attention to details and the ability to work with routine tasks
