Main Duties And Responsibilities

Analyze and forecast financial, economic and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions
Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues and make recommendations to senior management;
Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects;
Prepare in-depth evaluations of plans and identify new methods of analysis and presentation;
Develop analysis of economic indicators in order to prepare forecasts and analyze the company’s short, medium, and long term position.

To Join Our Team You Will Need

Solid finance understanding (specifically in the area of business support finance and/or factory FP&A/controlling) and overall business experience in commercial environments.
At least 4 to 6 years’ experience in a relevant position with proven evidence of analytical skills with clear business acumen.
Experience in working in cross-functional teams and in a matrix organization with ability to form teams.
Truly business partnering role with very close collaboration with business.
Strong business acumen with broad base of financial knowledge with a balanced commercial mindset.
Ability to analyze data, identify issues/opportunities and propose solutions/alternatives in a pro-active manner.
Effective and good communication (written and verbal) at different levels of the organization with an ability to listen effectively and articulate.
Team player with a positive attitude and open mind.
Hands on’ understanding of GY processes and tools to work though the financial data and communicate these in a presentable manner.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handles daily interaction with Stakeholders, Buyers and Suppliers.


• Handles within agreed time frames purchase requisitions in scope across all procurement commodities.


• Escalates non compliance to Country/ Cluster Section Head. Provides extensive support and customer service to stakeholders.


• Runs simplified bidding process for transactional spend in line with commodity driven supplier list .


• Analyzes requisitions, searches for potential suppliers according to commodity driven supplier list, run the simplified bidding process and select the supplier accordingly.


• Ensures through recurrent follow up with the suppliers on time delivery for his/ her orders.


• Identifies low added value processes or administrative work and proposes improvement ideas.
