Senior Performance Controller

A Snapshot of Your Day



As part of our team, you will be responsible for the transparency of financial key lines for Gas Services Central specifically for decision-making processes



Your focus is on analyzing financial data concerning key lines and business matters with its trends and patterns for Actuals and Forecast. With it you will play an important role in shaping the processes and support the decision-making process




How You’ll Make an Impact

• In your new position as Senior Performance Controller (f/m/d) you will prepare internal reports, comment on the development of key figures, as well as analyse the influencing factors and effects of deviations from the plan or forecast.


• This includes regular financial and business analytics to executives, board members and VP Finance.


• You will perform sensitivity analysis of the Executions Unit as decision basis for the Executive VP Finance and provide forecasting support.


• You are also responsible to improve, execute analyses and identify meaningful trends, opportunities, and communicate the results to senior management in an adequate format.


• You will proactively support and / or carry out the introduction and optimization of new methods and procedures in reporting and performance controlling with the help of digitization initiatives.

What You Bring

• We look forward to meeting you if you hold a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance / Accounting or similar combined with professional working experience.


• Long-term of relevant professional experience in the areas of Financial Analysis, Controlling and/or Accounting, but also in other finance areas such as Project Management.


• Ability to summarise and express complex information into concise, and easy-to-understand business reports.


• You are also an expert in the use of Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint etc.), FOCUSplus and you have knowledge of relevant tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., SAC etc.).


• As you act in an international environment you bring business-fluent English language skills, German is an advantage.


• You are a reliable team player with a sense of ownership and take initiative and have solid data analysis and problem-solving ccompetencies. Strong and focused communication skills are essential.
