Responsibilities:



  • The candidate will be an essential part of the Sales Team

  • Promote the banking solutions/products/services from the company’s portfolio.

  • Conduct market research about the competition and opportunities.

  • Identify business development opportunities for the promoted solutions and collaborate with company’s teams to ensure that business growth is achieved.

  • Develop trusted relationships with key banking sector customers’ stakeholders and executives.

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with key suppliers and partners in the Market.

  • Act as the focal point for all subject related to company’s banking sector customers.

  • Support customers in clarifying needs and requirements and help develop effective solutions to address them.

  • Identify and contribute to solve complex problems in the environment of customers or potential customers. Be able to propose alternative solutions and options.

  • Revise the tender documents and coordinate responses to RFI/RFQ with the Bidding and Technical Teams, in collaboration with different parts of the organization.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the proposed solutions, in accordance with customers’ needs and objectives.

  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.



Job Requirements:



  • Solid technical and commercial knowledge of the banking sector business.

  • Good knowledge of banking sector specific procedures.

  • Solid knowledge necessary to promote the company’s solutions and services portfolio to banking sector customers.

  • High level of competence in the preparation of tenders.

  • Experience in marketing techniques.

  • Experience in the preparation of budgetary offers (in collaboration with financial department and other departments).

  • University degree.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the banking sector.

  • Experience in delivering customer-oriented solutions.

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level.

  • Experience of IT projects.

  • Proven ability to achieve objectives and targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Romanian.
