Senior Account Manager

- The candidate will be an essential part of the Sales Team
- Promote the banking solutions/products/services from the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct market research about the competition and opportunities.
- Identify business development opportunities for the promoted solutions and collaborate with company’s teams to ensure that business growth is achieved.
- Develop trusted relationships with key banking sector customers’ stakeholders and executives.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with key suppliers and partners in the Market.
- Act as the focal point for all subject related to company’s banking sector customers.
- Support customers in clarifying needs and requirements and help develop effective solutions to address them.
- Identify and contribute to solve complex problems in the environment of customers or potential customers. Be able to propose alternative solutions and options.
- Revise the tender documents and coordinate responses to RFI/RFQ with the Bidding and Technical Teams, in collaboration with different parts of the organization.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the proposed solutions, in accordance with customers’ needs and objectives.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid technical and commercial knowledge of the banking sector business.
- Good knowledge of banking sector specific procedures.
- Solid knowledge necessary to promote the company’s solutions and services portfolio to banking sector customers.
- High level of competence in the preparation of tenders.
- Experience in marketing techniques.
- Experience in the preparation of budgetary offers (in collaboration with financial department and other departments).
- University degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the banking sector.
- Experience in delivering customer-oriented solutions.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level.
- Experience of IT projects.
- Proven ability to achieve objectives and targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Romanian.
