Description

Being primarily responsible for contributing to the company’s profitability growth and further expasion;
Ellaborating successfully strategy and overseeing its execution;
Analyzing, planning, and producing multiple operational strategies, in a fast-paced environment;
Leading strategic projects, capital improvements, business practices, and compliance;
Desinging and managing the implementation of continous improvement and new business processes, across company-wide operational systems and policies.

Requirements

Strong experience of leadership in the retail area, store management;
Fully focused on business growth and profitability;
Strong financial skills, with planning, budgeting and forecasting skills;
Orientation towards customer support & satisfaction, as well as upselling;
Implementation of BPM/CRM and retail management systems experience ;
Effective and proactive communicator, with strong leadership skills;
Higher educational studies in fields such as business management, economics/financial management;
Full profesionally English proficiency;
Openness to work fully onsite and to travel regularly.
