Main Responsibilities (but not restricted to):

• Overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the company's Romanian operations.
  


• Developing and executing the country’s strategic plan in alignment with group-level objectives, focusing on sustainable growth and community integration.
  


• Leading and mentoring the senior management team, ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
  


• Managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  


• Expanding the company's presence in Romania, identifying market opportunities, and leading strategic expansions.
  


• Representing the organization at national and international forums, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including government representatives and industry organizations.
  


• Engaging in high-level negotiations and decision-making processes.
  


• Ensuring compliance with the company's core values of sustainability, innovation, and client success.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the real estate sector, with a proven track record in strategic management and operational excellence.
  


• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with additional real estate education.
  


• Native Romanian and fluency in English
  


• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  


• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  


• Ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and industry leaders.
  


• A strategic and analytical mindset, complemented by a positive and proactive approach.
