Your Responsibility:

  As
  Senior Data Engineer - Azure Cloud Architect (f/m/d) you are responsible to develop and execute comprehensive data architecture solutions for our projects and a machine learning operations (MLOps)
  
  

Your impact:

• 
  
  Develop and execute a comprehensive data architecture and machine learning operations (MLOps) ssolutions aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  


• 
  
  Serve as primary point of contact for the leadership team and mentor other team members to learn new skills
  


• 
  
  Support individual projects and initiatives at the initial stage when being set-up working with the team on a fitting architecture
  


• 
  
  Take ownership of the technical evaluations of new candidates in the hiring process
  


• 
  
  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data architecture and engineering. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data management and analysis capabilities
  
  

Your Qualifications:

• 
  
  You have 3+ years of professional experience in a leading data architecture or engineering role.
  


• 
  
  You have a degree/PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or other significant work experience and you love mathematics and statistics
  


• 
  
  You have extensive knowledge of Azure, AWS and GCP cloud environments, architecture best practices and tools relevant for machine learning / AI use cases
  


• 
  
  You have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks, such as Terraform and/or ARM templates
  


• 
  
  You have proven experience in ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics are a plus
  


• 
  
  You have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices
  


• 
  
  You have knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks like scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Azure ML, etc. (including ML interpretability)
  


• 
  
  You have excellent programming skills in Python, SQL,
  


• 
  
  You enjoy collaborating internationally and across cultural borders
  


• 
  
  You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  


• 
  
  You are fluent in English and German
  


• 
  
  You have extensive knowledge in the energy industry (considered as plus)
