We are soon starting an innovative and industry changing IT Project. Our Tenneco Bucharest Global Business Center will accommodate a new Information Technology Hub and we can’t await to have you on board to shift the way we do business!
Build Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other instances and apply standard methodologies to build Salesforce.com applications
Understand Salesforce security and apply the Organization-Wide Default, sharing patterns, profiles or permissions to applications
Model data structures following the existing schema and naming convention.
Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Formulas, Assignment Rules and Email Alerts
Manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth/SAML.
Research Salesforce.com capabilities and third-party strategic technology solutions, following corporate strategy and business requirements; perform gap analysis and aim for greater business impact.
Migrate changes from development to sandbox to production environment(s) using CI/CD technologies like Salesforce DX and Gearset
What will make you successful:
Bachelo'r Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
Salesforce Certifications — Administrator or Advanced Administrator
Minimum 5 years Salesforce administration experience: handling configuration, including custom objects, custom fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning pages, profiles, permissions and roles
Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform including declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder).
In‐depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities using automations and/or custom code and/or integration with external systems and third-party offerings
Experience in identifying and reproducing reported issues, following-up until resolution following the defined processes
Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard functionalities
Ability to effectively analyze and resolve or identify the area of responsibility for issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system
