Senior .NET Developer

We are soon starting an innovative and industry changing IT Project. Our Tenneco Bucharest Global Business Center will accommodate a new Information Technology Hub and we can’t await to have you on board to shift the way we do business!

Key responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.




• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement software solutions based on project requirements.




• Develop and maintain database applications, including data modeling, querying, and optimization.




• Identify and resolve software defects and issues promptly, ensuring a smooth user experience.




• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and best practices.




• Optimize software for maximum performance and scalability, ensuring efficient resource utilization.




• Implement security best practices and measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data and software applications.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements and objectives.

  
  

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)




• 5+ years of experience in a .NET Developer role using C# and the .NET framework and Object Oriented Programming.




• Strong knowledge of software development and design principles.




• Experience with web development frameworks (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)




• Proficiency with recent and previous versions of Visual Studio Development environment.




• Database development skills (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).




• Experience with Microsoft Power BI




• Experience working across multiple business domains to gather requirements and design end-to-end solutions.




• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
