The Senior Demand Planner will belong to the Balkans Demand Planning team. The role will have focus on Demand and Supply Planning operations for Balkans (Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova) pertaining to all Brands under the Hygiene product portfolio: Vanish, Finish, Airwick, Calgon, Cilit, Lovela and more. This role is also responsible for facilitating the S&OP Process, driving collaboration with various stakeholders in the Business

Key responsibilities:

Work with the team to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities
Facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) and escalate, where needed, identified demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans
Maintain and communicate routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management
Ensure validity of forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions
Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy, including Re supply products from other RB warehouses
Support the Supply Excellence team in activities related to NPD, EPD and overall Portfolio Management
Work closely with the Connected Planning Team to manage Supply constraints affecting product availability in line with agreed forecast or allocation
Manage SLOB stock and ensure robust clearance plans are in place and tracked for execution
Drive agreed actions to meet regional targets on NWC and Supply weeks of cover in line with CFC and budget commitments
Manage and supply requested information to support regional reporting and feed into relevant Regional Supply meetings – topics include (but not limited to) forecast accuracy, service level and inventory weeks cover; Support Month end activities such as provision and broker sales

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in demand planning
University degree; English advanced and very good excel skills; SAP/Kinaxis nice to have
Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and constrains
Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to manage and make sense of large volumes of data through effective data management and analysis
Collaboration with other functions within the organization, as well with external parties
