• 
  Assesses incoming Ocean Freight tenders and pricing requests including independent RFQ handling, corresponding analyses of the documents and final pricing compilation;


• Coordinates and reviews pricing received from the regions / countries / ocean freight product teams in order to secure high quality and competitive submissions to the customers as well as conducts final quality and formula checks;


• Pricing / Proposal preparation as well as final verification and benchmarking in alignment with the involved regions / countries;


• Consults with Head of Ocean Pricing for final pricing decisions;


• Participates in customer meetings;

• 
  Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes, with an emphasis on ocean freight;


• Communication skills supported by customer oriented attitude;


• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targeted results;


• Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix and virtual environment;


• Fluent spoken and written English (business and presentation fluent);


• Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.);
