Your skills

• At least 1 year of experience in Data Centre environment


• Experience on supporting HPE products


• Experience with Server, Network and Storage devices in a productive environment


• OS experience (Windows Server, Linux, VMware)


• Fluent English - Driving license B

Your Tasks

We are looking for a Junior HPE Field Service Engineer to provide to deal with IT support activities by one of our most important customers in the country.

Position is based in Bucharest and support is provided all over Romania.

Your responsibilities…

• Providing hardware break-fix support, installation and start-up services for our customers countrywide




• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure




• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools




• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability




• Travelling all over Romania to support customers.
