Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Software Tester Intern, you will be working in a team of highly skilled Test Engineers, in close collaboration with the Product Owner and our Software Developers, in an agile environment

With guidance from your assigned mentor, you will take part to our efforts of constantly increasing the quality of our software products: front-end applications, back-end applications, mobile applications

This involves development and execution of software test protocols, defect tracking and working with developers to resolve issues

The internship is on 3-month contract, full time, starting on December-Jan 2023/2024. There is high possibility of continuity in IBM after these 3 months of internship



Job responsibilities:

• eager to learn how work with tools required by project/client


• read requirements related with TCs that will be assigned/executed


• ability to execute written test cases against application


• attention to detail, patience to perform repetitive tasks


• discuss with more experienced colleagues when possible problems are identified, raise defects if necessary


• communicating the progress of testing activities and any blocking issues

The internship is on 3-month contract, full time, starting on 1st of Sept 2022 through a bootcamp. There is high possibility of continuity in IBM after these 3 months of internship






Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Requirements :

• Basic knowledge(willingness to learn) of software testing principles


• Agile methodology knowledge is a plus


• Basic sequel knowledge and DB/DWH concepts/university course level is sufficient


• Technology agnostic OOP concepts/any exposure to programming languages


• Jira or any other defect management tool is a plus

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

French language is a plus
