YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Monitoring and operating technical building equipment within all stores of the region


• Supervision of maintenance according to official regulations


• Commissioning of repair work and execution of emergency repair work


• Disposal of utilities and operating materials


• Adherence to safety rules

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Completion of a technical apprenticeship (preferred: ventilation/air-conditioning technology, electronic engineering)


• Experience in building services


• Willingness to travel between stores on a regular basis


• High degree of personal responsibility, a service-oriented and confident approach


• Independent method of working and ability to work under pressure


• Good written and spoken communication skills in English


• Driving license (B)
