Position: Croatian/Serbian Customer Support Trainer
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, deliver and conclude trainings for new hires and employees
- Observe targets and collect feedback for training purposes
- Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans for the team
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes in the market and trends
- Stay informed about client processes, trends and strategy, as to recommends programs, trainings changes where appropriate
- Take responsibility for own personal development
- Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair-trading and competition rules and adhere to Health, Safety and Security responsibilities
- Analyze & recognize trends and escalate information as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/advanced level of Croatian/Serbian language and B2-C1 English
- College degree or directly related work experience
- Ability to travel for training purposes
- Essential minimum of 6 months call center experience in a sales project or 6 months experience in sales environment
- Previous training/coaching experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience in tourism would be an advantage
- Good organization/time management, coaching and presentation skills
- Strong sales, listening and communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Ability to provide feedback in a positive, objective and supportive manner
- Able to effectively use Microsoft applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook etc).
