  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Secondary or university studies;

  • Very good operating skills with the MS Office package and use of the Internet;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Romanian;

  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English;

  • Meticulousness and initiative in carrying out tasks;

  • Very good organizational and prioritization skills, distributive attention;

  • Very good problem-solving skills. For one of our clients, one of the most famous fintech companies in Romania, in the field of online transactions, we are looking for an Office Assistant.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for organizing and managing all day-to-day administrative activities within the company.


  • You will manage the correspondence, starting from the reception to its forwarding, dispatch and archiving in a timely manner;

  • You will keep a good record of documents, including their registration, filing and archiving;

  • You will deal with the drafting of various types of reports, information, recurring or on-demand emails;

  • You will take care of carrying out research using the Internet and various analyses, upon request;

  • You will ensure the correctness of the data from the company's single entry/exit register;

  • You will keep records and ensure the necessary supplies and stationery;

  • You will ensure the necessary protocol, as well as serving it for guests and management in the meetings established at the office;

  • You will identify and negotiate (when applicable) rates with various service providers;

  • You will maintain contact with service providers and resolve various ad hoc administrative situations. Only eligible candidates will be contacted in a maximum of 3 weeks. All information will be treated as strictly confidential.
