WHAT TO EXPECT
Working as an IT System Administrator/User Support requires a combination of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with end-users. It's a dynamic role that involves adapting to changing technologies, collaborating with different teams, and maintaining the overall health of IT infrastructure within an organization.
YOUR TASKS
YOUR PROFILE
- Windows 1st and 2nd level User Support through phone and internal ticket system
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of internally used applications
- Basic administration of Windows Servers
- Workstation / Laptop Rollout and Maintenance
- Hardware handling
- Managing IT processes
- Creating and maintaining documentation in English
- Experience working in IT environment, preferably user support area
- Basic knowledge of Windows Servers and domain environment
- Oral and written command of English
- Basic German knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Team player
