Marketing Production Team Lead is responsible to deliver high quality services in GBS Commercial Operations - Graphic Studio processes to Molson Coors entities in scope but also across Global Business Services. Works close with Studio Lead, Marketing Production and with Manager, Graphic Services (part of Americas Studio Service Team) to define and maintain GBS Marketing Production team processes – brief, workflow, brand and style guides, and overall department consistencies and efficiencies. Works with the Studio Service team to appropriately schedule and track and approve GBS team production work





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate people management and coordination abilities, project management, decision-making, coaching and mentoring and developing the team’s skills


• Oversees marketing production project assignments and ensures deadlines are met; Responsible for the coordination of graphic elements required for design and production


• Ensure that all artwork complies with industry-specific and regional specific requirements and regulations and adherence to Molson Coors Brand guidelines


• Assist with the coordination team tasks, working with MCBC Studio Team to ensure maximum utilization of design resources, tracking all projects, ensures a timely completion of work, ensuring the right projects are prioritized and is responsible for routing projects to appropriate teams


• Understand the complexities of the commercial landscape across the business, considering needs of external and internal stakeholders (Manager + ) and incorporate them into operational excellence framework and in prioritization of own team deliverables


• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards


• Ensures that Product / Image projects are accurately delivered and updated, being validation/approver for projects delivered within his/her team


• Facilitates open dialogue with stakeholders, cross-functional teams and business partners to ensure timelines and resources are in alignment throughout the life of a project


• Establish, monitor and report operational KPIs, drives performance improvements and ensures productivity levels are raised year on year

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

• Over 3 years team coordination experience


• Proven experience in graphic design / marketing


• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps


• Good understanding of 3D rendering programs, pre-press and printing processes


• Good Project Management skills


• Very good stakeholder and conflict management skills


• Strong time management and prioritization skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Advanced English level, both written and spoken


• Prior experience in Shared Service Centers is a plus


• North America Retailers experience is an asset


• Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus
