Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas


Impact on the Business:

• Ensure if a compliance referral is required that a conclusion is reached with regard to risk, additional due diligence,


• Coordinate with management for timely completion of files. Ensure constant feedback is gathered to improve process / quality.

Customers / Stakeholders:

• Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with the LeasePlan and regulatory standards including internal policies and practices,


• Reports control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events,


• Liaise with business area as required and provide advice on the requirements and information as necessary,


• Assist in production and distribution of relevant productivity reports,


• Ensure the KYC escalation policies are followed,


• Assist with other project requirements as directed by the management,


• Respond efficiently to other “ad hoc” requests for assistance from business.
