Job Location: Office Based with traveling up to 50% time
Report to the position: Head of Sales (Romania and Bulgaria)
The main of objective of the role is to handle our growth in Professional Display within key channel partners / distributors, together with our end-customers

Our team is part of CEED (Central Eastern European Display) , semi-Subsidiary, created as a merge of 7 local structures in 19 countries. This organization focus is Smart Signage, LED display, LCD desktop monitors, Hospitality Display TV
The Display business is one of the fastest growing, most profitable and most diverse business units within Samsung Electronics. Covering a variety of products and target customers, including ultra-high net worth individuals, multi-national corporations through to individual consumers, a day in the Display team is rarely the same. As a central point in Europe, we help to translate the global strategy into local execution through product, sales, retail and marketing in order to deliver excellence in execution. As a team of 120 people, we have a genuine passion for innovation and a desire to propel Samsung to a true number one position in the category across Europe. We are investing heavily in our Product, Brand and Marketing agenda in Europe to drive the execution of our strategic products. Continued investment in industry leading product means our next product launch is never far away
This role will also provide the successful candidate links to both the Suwon global management team as well as the local subsidiary Sales teams - regular, direct interaction to shape, agree and closely monitor the execution of our sales strategy will be a priority and therefore European and some international travel will be required
1. [Account analysis by sales type] Participate in categorization of accounts by their sales type and growth plans based on their target business type
2. [Sales activity management] Participate in the management of the feasibility of the sales activities based on the sales/marketing plans aimed at achieving common goals with accounts (set guidelines for ROI analysis and sales activities regarding ATL(Above the line) and BTL(Below the line))
3. [Volume management] Analyze accounts' carried product volume, product logistics, actual sales, and inventory
4. [Risk management] Check for potential financial risks in the account's collateral (limit), orders, and payment
5. [Retail channel management] Analyze whether the contract, pricing policy, and the product distribution channel are aligned

Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
- Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
