Customer Insights Trainee

Our Team:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Insights Trainee to join our Commercial team. This role combines responsibilities related to internal and IqVia data analysis, competition activities monitorization and sharing best practices in the CEE zone. As a Customer Insights Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on data-driven projects, interact with all NKA clients in Romania and exposure at CEE zone level.

Main responsibilities:

  • SI/SO monthly report internal data.

  • Competition monitoring (online & offline via internal data).

  • Centralize feedback from field team at client level.

  • Prepare the data for internal meetings.

  • Share best practices, projects, models and results with CEE commercial team.

Experience: Experience in a position is not required; we provide training and mentorship

Soft skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven.

  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools is a plus.

  • Communication and teamwork skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy.

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or student


  • Fluent knowledge of English is a must (written and verbal)

  • Romanian or other languages would be welcome.
