Company description

For our customer, a green energy company that is part of a multinational group developing long lasting sustainable businesses, we are looking for a General Manager.

Description

Being responsible for the business’ results, its growth and teams;
Directly managing the Operations Manager and the Commercial Manager;
Driving business strategic growth and aligns the teams goals;
Overseeing execution of the projects by ensuring they are on schedule and on budget, while maintaining top quality relationships with clients, stakeholders and vendors;
Presenting further the project progress, key findings and recommendations;
Engaging and coordinating internal resources, designers, engineers, consultants, and solar installers in preparation and execution of project plans to completion;
Conducting project meetings and providing weekly progress reports to clients;
Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of construction bid amounts and contract terms;
Closely managing the team under agile supervision and making sure results are delivered according to the expectations.

Requirements

3-5 years of previous managerial experience, ideally in a similar field of activity;
A strong mix of strategic and hands-on approach;
Efficient leadership and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down the organization;
Versed in motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance;
Ability to influence and gain buy-in from senior leadership, team members, and peers;
Entrepreneurial with a well-rounded business perspective;
Excellent teamwork, communication and people skills;
Solid time management system and excellent organizational skills.
