Your role in our team

• Pick up calls of customer in german or english language


• Qualified analysis and solution finding of hardware or software problems via telephone or remotely, if necessary in cooperation with other departments


• Documentation and coordination of tickets in our Tickting system CRM, as well as their follow ups


• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes


• Support in crating statistics, reports, etc.

That is why you fit to us

• Completed training as industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) with affinity for technology


• Good MS office skills and in an ERP system


• Good command of written and spoken German and English, further language skills are an advantage


• Structured and solution-oriented way of working


• Communication skills


• High customer orientation and problem solving ability
