Job Description:




We are looking for a college/university graduate (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) to support a team of experienced Marketing Content Managers within the HPE EMEA Graduate Program. Training and indepth introductions will be provided. Here are more details on the team and the role:



Brief Job Description:

The Marketing Content Managers in the “Services and as a Service” team of the “Digital Technology, Compliance and Operations” organization own a dedicated group of as a Service (aaS) offerings or services for which he/she delivers a relevant, engaging and on-brand content experience that differentiates HPE.


The Marketing Content Managers own the online experience - from a content management perspective - across all platforms supported by the organization (in particular our content repositories Prism/PDB and Hybris as well as the PSNow portal). They work closely with business stakeholders, marketing managers, launch managers/content creators, platform owners, IT and other teams to drive marketing excellence for his/her area through team work.



Responsibilities:



The Marketing Content Management Professional applies a basic foundation of content management knowledge to drive content creation and management strategies for his/her area. The responsibilities include both project management and operational process work for the following:



A. Content Acquisition & Maintenance
Drive content management quality processes, analytics as well improvement projects of limited scope for his/her area, such as:



  • Acquire in our content systems new as a Service (aaS) offering or service content as provided by business stakeholders, update existing content

  • Contribute to maintain/clean-up the data base to have state-of the art aaS and services content

  • Backfill content, if needed

  • Collaborate with agencies to translate/localize the content

  • Perform quality checks according to plan prior to the product/service introduction

  • Ensure that images and documents are associated to the product/service prior to its introduction

  • Troubleshoot issues, submit support tickets, follow up and escalate, if needed

  • Contribute to process documentation

  • Develop & maintain statistics and analytics for the content of his/her area



B. Content Experience


Be an informed team member and consult – in collaboration with team colleagues - with the business stakeholders, platform owners, refer to industry trends and metrics to create for our products and services a relevant, engaging and on-brand experience, for example:



  • Support the implementation of the new Brand Architecture for his/her area

  • Support the setup/extension of the data model e2e across all platforms (see above) according to business needs, market trends and research, and identify the related content sources

  • Analyze market trends, web sites and collaborate with colleagues and the business and eCommerce to identify ways to enhance the content and publishing experience

  • Collaborate with the business and eCommerce to keep landing pages updated

  • Collaborate with colleagues and the business, IT and eCommerce to define an intuitive navigation (menus, hierarchy, custom categories, filters/facets)

  • Work with the SEO team and the business on search engine optimization

  • Collaborate with colleagues, the PSNow team and business stakeholders to well represent his/her product or service portfolios on PSNow



Other Responsibilities:
Provides input for future system innovations or improvements, and participates in system tests. Contributes to ongoing process improvements, supports his/her colleagues for back-ups and workload balancing.



Skills/experience:

High School Degree 4th Year of University completed

  • -typically a non- technical degree specialization.

  • High English language level, written and spoken

  • Experience in international working/collaboration environments

  • Structured work methodologies, attention to details
