IWS Process Lead TRAINER (manager position)



For our JTI factory in Bucharest, we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual for the position ofA IWS Process Lead Trainer



In this versatile role, you will report directly to the IWS Manager and be jointly responsible for continuous improvement in production through the analysis of manufacturing processes and finding solutions with on-site experts. Additionally, you will support Cell`s Process Lead to oversee production-related metrics for his area, therefore playing a significant role in the development of the company culture




Responsibilities:A

• Role as a local Process Lead Trainer/Coach in the framework of implementing the Integrated Works System (IWS) for personnel assigned to specific machines and equipment in defined cells.A


• Training in all relevant IWS methodologies and principles during the Run-to-Target (RTT) Accelerator Program, as well as ongoing coaching of equipment personnel to successfully accompany the cultural transformation and achieve improved results at the equipment.A


• Continuously training and coaching Cell`s Process Lead in order for him to:


• Become responsible for generating reports and analyses based on extensive data pools regarding production processes and finding solutions with expert teams in the production area.A


• Develop problem-solving capabilities to be able to find the root cause for recurring losses and as well creating corresponding standards to eliminate them permanently and sustainably increase lines` performance.A


• Contribute to the cultural shift towards more autonomy and flat hierarchies in the production area.A


• Deliver proper trainings to shopfloor members related to specific IWS systemsA


• Become responsible for ensuring compliance with and implementation of all designated IWS pillars.A


• Support Cell Lead in developing quarterly plans and objectives.A

Requirements:A

• Completed higher education.A


• Knowledge and experience in working with analysis tools and processing/evaluating large amounts of data.A


• 1-2 years of professional experience.A


• Proficient in English, spoken and written.


• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and ideally Power BI.


• Preferably familiar with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM).


• Precise and accurate work style, communicative, team-oriented, and independent.


• Familiarity with health and safety legislationA
