Role Purpose
Working with Health & Safety professionals in support of the HSE Lead for the Oracle Account. The most important objective of this role will be ensuring that our employees and sub-contractors return home safely at the end of their working day.
The role is highly visible, and the work is fast paced. The successful candidate must ensure that critical stakeholders, such as employees and clients, receive timely, relevant information and appropriate support for HSE Matters. The successful candidate must have good perception of risks to Health & Safety and be able to foster a strong Health & Safety culture, delivering high quality HSE results.
Day-to-day accountability is to the JLL EMEA (Oracle Account) HSE Lead with a requirement to support the JLL team through reporting on HSE performance across the account to the JLL EMEA (Oracle Account) HSE Lead.
What this job involves
Performance
Support Global JLL/WD HSE strategic objectives for the (Oracle Account), ensuring effective operational relevance.
Manage and reduce operational risks across the account by providing guidance and advice on health and safety risk management at all levels.
Provide technical advice on relevant HSE issues and communicate notifications of changes in legislation that will impact service delivery and/or client occupancy.
Ensure a continued working knowledge of relevant current legislation.
Identify improvement opportunities and support the account team in identifying practical cost-effective solutions and controls for Health & Safety risks.
Ensure building related risk assessments are in place and aligned with legal requirements and Client Global Risk Control Standards.
Support the JLL EMEA (Oracle Account) HSE Lead account with incident and accident investigations.
Support the implementation and maintenance of an effective account HSE communication plan.
HSE Leadership support
Support the JLL EMEA (Oracle Account) HSE Lead with a positive safety culture for the account.
Support the JLL EMEA (Oracle Account) HSE Lead in the management and development of the account.
Embed JLL JLL/WD HSE requirements and meet client requirements and standards.
Establish effective relationships and work co-operatively with the Account Teams, (Oracle Account) organizations, and 3rd party vendors.
Contribute to the JLL/WD HSE One Team SAFER Together programme as part of the global HSE leadership team.
Ensure 3rd party vendors always maintain compliance with JLL JLL/WD and (Oracle Account) HSE Standards.
Standards
Support the implementation and maintenance of JLL Global HSE operational controls, (i.e., process, standards, procedures, and guidelines) ensuring compliance with HSE obligations and JLL’s HSE aspirations.
Support with the development of best practice HSE training programs and resources.
Support the HSE Lead with implementation of HSE strategy and operating protocols for the safety performance of JLL’s contractors and supply chain vendors.
Support with the successful delivery of HSE regulatory responsibilities and best practices globally to secure regulatory compliance, including management of change related to new and revised legislation.
Support with the successful management of assurance for the HSE program, while supporting growth strategies related to Client, JLL and/or national and industry standards.

The CandidateExperience
Appropriate recognized Professional EHS qualifications.
Good knowledge of Excel & Word software.
Significant practical experience of problem solving HSE issues in a dynamic/diverse environment and implementation of risk control systems and processes.
An agile approach to leadership and stakeholder management – able to operate effectively in a matrix structure.
A strong orientation to goals and measurable results.
Excellent communication skills to appropriately coach and educate at all levels of the account.
Good Knowledge of written & spoken English language
Basic understanding & or any operational experience of both hard & soft services & a willing to learn

Positive, proactive, energetic approach to safety management.
Evidence of strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and senior management and to foster effective working relations with a wide range of senior internal, client and external contacts.
