Cu normă întreagă Zi plinăThe Exchange Connectivity Manager (ECM) operates as a single point of contact for the Client Service and is in charge of coordinating the various Exchanges gateway migrations with the different parts of our organization and also ensuring our hosted platform runs with the correct set-up for exchange gateways.
The ECM will maintain a list of market access / connectivity for each Broadridge client, making sure that new releases, upgrades or migrations are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ECM is accountable for maintaining Broadridge client trading platform exchange connectivity and ensuring that exchange direct market access (DMA) plugins are always kept up to date.
The ECM role is based in Cluj, reports directly to the Head of Client Connectivity Management.
Role description
Maintain a list of market access / exchange connectivity for Broadridge clients
Ensure client trading environments are using the latest version of the exchange direct market access (DMA) plugin
Be aware of planned upgrades/migrations occurring across all supported exchanges and broadcast the impacts and timeline to the Client Service Department

Be the single point of contact for CS on Exchanges Migration Projects by working with
Product Engineering to track progress of new exchange DMA plugin deliveries
Delivery Team to understand how the upgrades are made and to track the delivery timelines
Customer Success and Client Service Managers (CSMs) to have the latest versions of exchange DMA plugins delivered for client testing and sign-off
CSMs for the release of new exchange DMA plugins in Production
Escalate to senior management in case of unexpected delays during Exchange Migration project
Weekly follow-up meetings to track progress of ongoing exchange DMA plugin upgrades and or deliveries
Primary external work relations
Will interact with Product Engineering
Will interact with Customer Success and Client Service Managers (CSMs)
May interact with Client and Exchanges, either by phone or email
Education and qualification
Strong relationship management skills including internal collaboration and project coordination
BS in Engineering or Finance
Project management experience
Strong client facing skills
Knowledge of Financial Market is a plus
An industry standard Project Management certification is a plus
Profile & Experience
Proven experience in a Project Management role, IT support, working for an IT software company, the banking sector or financial services
Creative, problem solver with operational mind set
Resourceful with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-organized and capability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
Solid communication and collaboration skills
Positive mindset and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
Knowledge of languages
English
