Our colleagues in the Hire to Retire team are looking for a Benefits, Recognition and Total Health Lead.




As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to lead on the coordination and execution of all GBS Reward policies and processes in relation to, Benefits, Recognition and Total Health (in line with defined SLAs) to ensure successful delivery of the European Reward Strategy. The role will work in close partnership with the Total Rewards COE.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING



  • Manage benchmarking analysis of European benefits schemes in comparison with market trends and organization’s strategy and objectives

  • Implementation & execution of our internal recognition program (reporting, global and regional campaign roll-out, bulk recognitions)

  • Implementation & execution of Total Health across countries

  • Lead the coordination, implementation & execution of regional benefits policies & processes

  • Identify CI opportunities and implement them

  • Ensure HTR (Hire to Retire) GBS team is updated in terms of benefits policies – organize upskilling sessions

  • Stakeholder management – partnering & counselling them on matters related to benefits

  • Manage relationship with benefits suppliers, negotiate contracts and monitor quality of services provided

  • Keep up to date with and apply legislative changes that impact the reward and remuneration

  • Partner with other departments (HR Generalist team, payroll, recruitment, global mobility) and internal clients in order to implement the Rewards processes

  • Manage Global Benefits Management agreement with Mercer – coordination across region with local contacts




YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Solid experience of managing employee benefits in Europe with a high focus on UK and Ireland and working with stakeholders to drive employee utilization and understanding

  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills; using effective communication strategies in a matrix organization

  • Experience of driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and strengthen processes

  • Experience of managing multiple vendors to drive best value and outcomes for the Company and employee

  • Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits and HR policy/ process administration in an EU/ matrix organization

  • Strong customer focus and excellent service provider

  • Fluent English
